Entry to the house will be granted at 15:00 (3:00pm) on the first day of the let. The house must be vacated by 10 am on the last day of the let to allow sufficient time to service the house before the arrival of the next guests. The right is reserved to charge for an extra day if guests have not left by the time   required, or if they arrive before 15:00 on the first day of the let.

The house will be in a clean and tidy condition on arrival and guests are requested to leave it in a similar condition with dishes washed up, all personal items & baggage removed, all bins emptied, and the fridge, freezer and cupboards emptied of any perishable food.  The right is reserved to make a charge for additional cleaning if the property has not been left reasonably clean.


In respect of breakages, loss or damage, guests should report any deficiency which they notice on arrival, and any which occurs during their visit.  Where appropriate, guests will be liable to pay the replacement cost of the item broken, lost or damaged. The owners reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for the purposes of inspection, repair work, etc. At check in you will receive two sets of keys of the apartament. When you check out, please return both sets of keys of the apartment and 2 keys for the balconies.

The charge for the lost of a set of keys is the cost to re-key the apartment and this can range from € 150 to € 300.

A security deposit of € 150,00 is required at the time of settlement of the balance of the rental. The owners reserve the right to make a deduction from this deposit to cover breakages, damage or loss to property, or extra cleaning should the property not be left in a clean and tidy condition.  The deposit will be returned once the house has been checked after departure. There may be delay in returning the balance when repairs have to be carried out and no refunds will be made until all repair works are complete. Where the cost of rectifying any losses or damage exceeds € 150,00 the guests remain liable for this cost.

No Smoking in the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only, weather its tobacco or not we don’t mind as long as it’s not inside. (Smoking on the balcony is allowed as long as the smoke isn’t getting into the house). A € 150.00 fee will be charged if you are smoking inside the house as well as any items that may be damaged by the smoke (e.g. linens, pillows, etc.)


Be considerate to your new neighbors! Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.  Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. Your new neighbors are intolerant of noise and will call the Police if you have parties or make loud noises. If the Police are called we may lose our permit to do vacation rentals; you will be immediately evicted, will lose your damage deposit, and may be held liable for consequential damages. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited


Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed on the property


Guests must ensure the house is properly locked when not occupied including closing windows. Turn off all AC units, lights and fans while out to conserve energy. The right is reserved to make an additional charge when excessive gas or electricity is used.  Guests are expected to use gas and electricity as they would in their own home.

Please be aware that a renter may be evicted by the owner (or any appointed representative of the owner), local law enforcement, or the security company employed by SHR if guests are unduly rowdy, inappropriate, and/or engaging in any dangerous or illegal activities at a property (including fireworks, etc.).
